Unnamed sources

An unnamed source should have direct knowledge of the information and a credible reason for anonymity. The article should describe the source's basis of knowledge as specifically as safety permits. Anonymous sourcing is not used merely to avoid accountability for opinion or promotion.

Documents and data

Documents are checked for origin, date, completeness and relevant context. Data should be accompanied by the source, period, measurement definition and meaningful limitations when those affect interpretation.

Source protection

Nexuswild does not publish confidential identifying details solely for spectacle. Contributors should not send highly sensitive material through ordinary public forms.
